Today mom and children were present and the apples were a hit!
That was it.
The Bear was a miss...  How can we get local fats into the mix?
Could buy from Pig and sheep farmers.  Maybe even raise a pig...  Could hunt a deer or geese.  Maybe with someone indigenous a seal...
